One Pricing Structure. Five Services. No Hidden Fees.
The same four packages cover every service we offer — CDR writing, CDR review, plagiarism removal, KA02, and ACS RPL. Pick the package based on how fast you need delivery. The work itself is the same engineer-authored output in every tier.
Transparent CDR Writing Pricing
Four packages. Every package includes three Career Episodes, the Summary Statement, the CPD list, ANZSCO consultation, plagiarism verification, and unlimited revisions. The differences are delivery speed and the level of additional review.

ACS RPL engagements
Two Project Reports within 36-month and 60-month recency windows, plus Key Areas of Knowledge narrative covering the ACS Core Body of Knowledge. ANZSCO eligibility check included before drafting begins.
CDR Review engagements
Marked-up file with tracked changes, severity-graded findings document (Critical / Major / Minor), Turnitin similarity report, AI-content scan results, and a 30-minute debrief call (Premium and Supreme tiers).
Plagiarism Removal engagements
Recovery scope document, rewritten CDR with affected sections rebuilt by a fresh engineer, originality evidence package (Turnitin + AI-scan + cross-document consistency check), and a 30-minute resubmission guidance call (Premium and Supreme tiers).
What actually differs across tiers
Beyond delivery speed, three meaningful differences scale with package tier.
Senior-engineer review depth
Every engagement includes a final compliance pass before delivery, but the seniority of that reviewer scales with tier. Essential and Enhanced are reviewed by a senior writer in your discipline. Premium adds a second pass by a discipline lead with active or recent professional registration. Supreme adds a final pass by a senior consultant with experience reviewing post-rejection recovery cases.
Revision rounds and turnaround
All tiers include two rounds of revisions on the draft. Essential and Enhanced revisions return within 5 working days. Premium revisions return within 3 working days. Supreme revisions return within 1 working day, which matters when you’re inside a tight visa-lodgement window.
Direct access during engagement
Essential and Enhanced clients communicate through email and WhatsApp during business hours. Premium clients have a named writer contact and can request a 30-minute working call during drafting. Supreme clients have direct access to the senior reviewer plus the writer, with response targets of 4 hours during business days.
The actual document quality, the discipline match of the writer, the Turnitin and AI-content scanning, the 50/50 payment terms, or the post-delivery support window. The core deliverable is the same engineer-authored work in every tier.
Combined Trans-Tasman engagement (CDR + KA02)
Targeting both Australia and New Zealand? The combined CDR + KA02 engagement is more efficient than two separate ones. Same project material, restructured for two competency frameworks.
| Combined Package | Price (AUD) | Combined Delivery |
|---|---|---|
| Essential — Combined | A$1,049 | 30 days |
| Enhanced — Combined | A$1,199 | 22 days |
| Premium — Combined | A$1,899 | 15 days |
| Supreme — Combined | A$2,649 | 8 days |
The combined engagement is worth it only if you’re seriously considering both pathways. Engineers firmly committed to one country are better served by a single-service engagement.
Engineering body assessment fees
Our pricing covers the report writing only. The assessment fee is paid directly to Engineers Australia, Engineering New Zealand, or the Australian Computer Society — not through us.
| Assessing Body | Service | Approximate Fee (AUD) |
|---|---|---|
| Engineers Australia | Standard CDR assessment | A$907.50 |
| Engineers Australia | Express CDR assessment | A$1,815.00 |
| Engineering New Zealand | KA02 / Knowledge Assessment | Variable — see engineeringnz.org.nz |
| Australian Computer Society | Standard ICT skills assessment | A$570 |
| Australian Computer Society | Priority ICT skills assessment | A$770 |
We don’t mark these fees up, surcharge them, or collect them on the body’s behalf. You pay the assessing body directly through their portal at the time of submission.
Payment terms
Clear deposit structure, multiple payment methods, no-refund policy.
50/50 deposit structure
50% deposit on engagement, 50% on draft delivery. The deposit reserves your writer and starts the project. The balance is due when we deliver the draft for your review — before any revisions, so revisions don’t get held against payment.
Accepted payment methods
Visa, Mastercard, bank transfer (Australian and international), and PayPal. We don’t accept cryptocurrency, BNPL services, or instalment financing arrangements.
Currency
All prices quoted in Australian dollars. International clients are charged in AUD; the conversion to your local currency is handled by your card issuer or bank at the time of charge.
No-refund policy
We do not offer refunds once an engagement begins. The 50% deposit secures your writer’s calendar slot and our discipline-lead’s review time; the balance covers the drafted document delivered to you. Because the work is custom, single-use, and engineer-hours-intensive, refunds aren’t practical.
Instead, we offer two rounds of revisions in every package and an outcome support guarantee — if Engineers Australia returns a negative outcome on grounds within our scope (compliance, Summary Statement errors, plagiarism in our drafted content), we prepare the recovery rewrite at no additional charge.
How our pricing compares to cheaper services
Worth saying out loud since this question comes up in roughly half of free consultations.
A handful of CDR-writing services advertise pricing well below ours — sometimes as low as USD 99 for a full CDR. The typical pattern: writers based outside Australia, often in countries where engineering hourly rates are a fraction of Australian rates; templates reused across multiple clients to amortise drafting time; minimal or no discipline matching; Turnitin scanning sometimes skipped or run only on the first draft.
The risk profile is different from ours. Engineers Australia’s internal database of every assessed CDR catches template re-use within months. Plagiarism rejections from cheap services typically surface in the A$907.50 reassessment fee plus the 12-week resubmission delay plus the migration timeline impact. The full cost-of-failure mathematics, when it applies, runs into thousands of dollars and months of delay — well above the difference between a $99 service and our $599 Essential tier.
That said, cheap overseas services do produce successful outcomes for some clients — particularly those with genuinely unusual or technically simple project histories that don’t pattern-match common templates. The right question isn’t “is the cheap option viable” but “what’s my downside if it fails?” If your visa lodgement window is tight, if your engineering background is common, if your CDR will go into EA’s database against many similar submissions — the downside is meaningful and the price difference becomes insurance, not waste.
We’re not the cheapest option in the market. We’re priced at the floor of what supports Australian engineering rates and a single Strathfield NSW office.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
Common questions on cost, payment, refunds, and how our pricing compares.
Why is Essential cheaper than the typical Australian competitor?
+We’ve optimised the cost structure to keep Essential accessible for engineers on tight migration budgets. The work itself is the same engineer-authored content as higher tiers — what gets stripped is delivery speed (21 days versus 5), revision turnaround speed, and the senior-reviewer pass that adds value mainly when your situation has complexity. For a first-time CDR with a clean engineering background and a comfortable visa timeline, Essential is the right choice. We don’t push higher tiers for engagements that don’t need them.
Can I upgrade my package mid-engagement?
+Yes. The most common reason is a visa-lodgement deadline pulling forward unexpectedly. You pay the difference between tiers; the engagement timeline accelerates to the new tier’s turnaround from the date of upgrade. Downgrades aren’t possible mid-engagement since the higher tier’s resources have already been allocated.
Do you offer instalment plans beyond 50/50?
+For engagements over A$1,000, we can split into three payments: 40% on engagement, 30% at outline approval, 30% on draft delivery. Splits below this aren’t economical for either side. We don’t offer 12-month BNPL-style financing — the engagement timelines are weeks, not months, and the financing overhead doesn’t make sense at this transaction size.
What if I’m not satisfied with the draft?
+Two rounds of revisions are included in every package and cover any reasonable adjustment — content rewrites, tone changes, specific section rewriting, restructuring of how a Career Episode is framed. If after two rounds the draft still doesn’t meet your needs, we’ll discuss what’s missing and either continue revising at no additional cost (when the issue is on our side) or quote additional revision work (when the change is scope expansion beyond the original brief). We don’t refuse revision requests on the grounds of “you’ve used your two rounds” if the original brief wasn’t met.
Is the Engineers Australia assessment fee included?
+No. The EA assessment fee (currently around A$907.50 for standard CDR assessment) is paid directly to Engineers Australia at submission, not through us. Same for Engineering NZ and ACS fees. We don’t collect or mark up the assessing body’s fees.
What if the Engineers Australia outcome is not positive?
+Our 98% positive outcome rate reflects past engagements but doesn’t guarantee your specific result. If EA returns a negative outcome on a CDR we wrote and the rejection grounds are within the scope of our work (compliance issues, Summary Statement errors, plagiarism in our drafted content), we’ll prepare the recovery rewrite at no additional charge under our outcome support guarantee. Rejections for issues outside our scope (qualification verification disputes, English language results, document attestation) aren’t covered since they aren’t issues we can affect through writing.
Are there discounts for multiple engagements?
+The Combined CDR + KA02 trans-Tasman engagement is the formal multi-service discount — you’re effectively getting both submissions for less than commissioning the same package twice. For other multi-engagement situations (for example, a CDR plus a separate Plagiarism Removal for a family member or colleague), we don’t routinely offer discounts but the consultation can address case-by-case scenarios.
Do prices change based on country of origin or ANZSCO occupation?
+No. Pricing is uniform regardless of where you’re based, what country your qualification is from, or which engineering or ICT discipline you’re in. The same Essential package is A$599 for a civil engineer from Egypt, a software engineer from Vietnam, or a mining engineer from Kazakhstan.
What’s the cheapest path to an EA-assessed CDR overall?
+Honest answer: self-write the CDR, then commission our CDR Report Review at the Essential tier (A$599) for a senior-engineer audit before submission. Total cost is the EA assessment fee (A$907.50) plus our review (A$599) — significantly cheaper than commissioning a full writing engagement, and works well when you have time and ability to draft your own document. We mention this explicitly because we’d rather be honest about the cheapest route than capture a writing engagement that wasn’t actually needed.
Why does the Supreme tier cost so much more than Essential?
+The price difference reflects three things: the senior-consultant review pass (which costs us substantially more in writer hours), the 4-hour response targets during the engagement (which require dedicated writer availability), and the 5-day turnaround on a deliverable that takes 15–18 working days under normal cadence (which means the writer is working compressed hours on your engagement specifically). For most engagements, the value sits in Enhanced or Premium; Supreme exists for the specific situations where 5-day delivery and senior-consultant review actually matter.
Ready to get started?
The four packages cover most engagements at the prices listed above. For complex situations — combined trans-Tasman work, recovery from a previously rejected CDR, ACS RPL with vendor-certification complications — the consultation will quote the right tier and call out anything beyond the standard scope.
